Multi-stage vacuum ejector, with advanced vacuum management features for energy saving.
Designed to feed suction cup systems in automated handling.
Thanks to its high suction power, it can handle all types of parts, even those with porosity or roughness leaks.
Main features
When handling non-leakage parts (sheet metal, plastic, melamine, etc.), it is not necessary to generate vacuum continuously.
With the Energy Saving mode activated, the ejector achieves the vacuum level in the first moments of the cycle.
At this point, vacuum generation is interrupted, and the part is held in place by the internal check valve. The system monitors the vacuum level at all times.
If, at any time, the vacuum level drops below the set minimum, the generator is activated for a few moments to restore it. In this way, the vacuum level is maintained at all times within the appropriate threshold for safe handling of the workpiece.
The Energy Saving mode and its working parameters are enabled and configured from the front panel keypad.

If the Energy Saving mode is activated and a porous part (e.g. cardboard separator) is handled, the system detects the leak and automatically switches to continuous vacuum generation.
This avoids too frequent activation of the solenoid valve, which would reduce its lifetime.
→ Benefit: increased service life of the device.
The multi-stage technology allows a high suction air flow rate while maintaining low compressed air consumption.
