General Terms & Conditions of Sale - AR Vacuum Technology S.L.
The following General Conditions of Sale are established between
AR Vacuum Technology S.L. (hereinafter “AR Vacuum Technology”), with NIF: B67690818, Registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry in volume 48.078 , folio 88, page num. and the user who makes a purchase through any of the available channels (hereinafter "the customer")
About the delivery time
In general, an item that appears on the web as "Available" or "In Stock" has an immediate delivery time (once payment is confirmed if necessary).
Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
On the other hand, availability may vary during the processing of the order. In this case, the customer will be informed by mail or by phone as soon as possible, offering him a new delivery period, or the possibility of canceling the order at no cost. In the latter case, the customer will be reimbursed the amount previously paid.
Prices in the online store
The prices that appear in the online store are always expressed in Euros. These prices do not include VAT or shipping costs.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. This will not affect orders already placed.
The user may process orders directly through the online store (www.ar-vacuum.com) after registering. Registrations from territories where AR Vacuum Technology has official distributors (https://ar-vacuum.com/storelocator/) will not be accepted. If you are in one of these territories, you should contact the distributor.

For orders in an online store, deliveries will not be processed in territories where AR Vacuum Technology has a network of distributors, the decision being at the discretion of AR Vacuum Technology in any case.
Placing an order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the customer, as well as any other specified in the order itself.
For orders through the online store www.ar-vacuum.com (registered users), the payment method will be by Bank Card.
By confirming the order, the customer authorizes AR Vacuum Technology to issue the corresponding invoice in electronic format (pdf). In case you need a paper invoice, you can request it at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +34 93 480 88 70.
Cancellation of orders
Orders already confirmed may be canceled by the customer, upon justification of the cause, provided they have not been sent.
AR Vacuum Technology may issue a replacement charge of up to 10% of the order amount, depending on the nature of the items, taking into account whether any assembly, preparation or handling has been required to justify it. The issuance of this charge will in any case be at the discretion of AR Vacuum Technology.
In the event that an order is canceled, the economic refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.
Items sent may be returned, postage paid, within 30 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted after this period.
The articles must include all the original elements and keep, as far as possible, their original packaging. The return must be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note, where the list of products received and the date appear.
To receive a refund of the amount paid, the return must be accepted by AR Vacuum Technology.
Accepted returns: In these cases, AR Vacuum Technology may issue a replacement charge of up to 10% of the order amount, depending on the nature of the items, taking into account whether any assembly, preparation or handling has been required to justify it. The issuance of this charge will in any case be at the discretion of AR Vacuum Technology.
Shipments received with incorrect quantities or damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted for this reason after this period.
In the case of an accepted return, the economic refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.
