Vacuum accessories
VACUUM HANDLING
Vacuum Accessories
Auxiliary elements for vacuum systems, which respond to the needs of:
- Obtaining measurements or system signals (vacuum gauges, pressure gauges, and vacuum switches)
- Regulation and control (regulators and valves)
- Air treatment and reserve (vacuum / pressure tanks)
- Positioning (vacuum cylinders and drilled rod cylinders)
- Connection (distributors and hose)
Small devices for obtaining different control signals from the vacuum and pressure system.
Electrical switch devices for controlling vacuum pressure.
Used in security and energy saving systems, or in any application that requires knowing whether the vacuum pressure is above or below a certain value.
They include Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) output
Pneumatic switch devices for controlling vacuum pressure.
Used in security and energy saving systems, or in any application that requires knowing whether the vacuum pressure is above or below a certain value.
Adjustable switching point via adjusting screw.
They include Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) output.
In centralised systems, they are used to regulate the vacuum level of each application.
Valves that limit the attainable maximum vacuum in systems with an aspiration turbine, protecting the electric motor from potential unacceptable overloads.
They are also used in vacuum pump systems, where the maximum level of depression needs to be regulated, for example when handling fragile or deformable elements that are susceptible to breakage such as cardboard, melamine, fine glass, etc.
3-way valves to work with vacuum. Available in 24V DC normally open or closed.
Filtration of the suctioned air to protect the different components of the vacuum circuit. Several models available, to be selected by flow and micron rating.
Used as a vacuum reserve in security systems, or as pressure accumulators for expulsion or cleaning. Made of anti-corrosion aluminium alloy.
Sound reduction through the use of sound absorbing foam. Their open construction at the ends prevents them from becoming saturated with dirt present in the exhaust air.
Mounted between the vacuum generator and the suction cups, they close off the passage of air when the generation of vacuum is stopped, so that the part remains in suspension (security system).
