S-VAC flat gripper 60mm

 

The S-VAC modules make gripping easier for multi-format materials like wood plates, ceramics, cardboard boxes, or any non-deformable part with enough flat surface available.

 

With its controlled leakage holes and technical high quality foam, S-VAC modules allow to hold pieces of different sizes and in different positions, even if part of the module is out of the part's surface.

 

 

Description

• Width 60 mm, lengths 400 - 3000 mm
  
• Fixing by sliding slot nuts type 6 St M5.
• Repositionable, quick-change adhesive foam. Adhesive leaves no residue
• Theoretical suction force at -800 mbar, 100% surface covered, without safety factor: 150 kgf
• Calibrated leakage holes

 

Versions with integrated vacuum generator

• Multi-stage vacuum ejector, high suction flow rate and low air consumption
  
• Instant vacuum activation, no vacuum generation when not needed
• Vacuum and pressure auxiliary ports
• Option to two generators in the largest lengths

 

 

 

 

 

Versions for external vacuum generator

• With adapter to be able to use an external vacuum generator.
• Option to two adapters in larger lengths

 

Foam replacement

The high quality technical foam of the S-VAC includes a re-adherable adhesive foil, which allows quick replacement without leaving residues.

This makes it easy to replace in existing modules and reduces maintenance time and cost. In addition, it can be replaced an unlimited number of times.
